Exfoliate

Exfoliating lips regularly can make a big difference in their smoothness. Tarte Pout Prep Lip Scrub and Treatment Balm effectively, but gently buffs away the dry skin with raw sugar, maracuja oil, vitamin A & E, and shea butter.  Two days a week, I apply it in the morning to wet lips in a circular motion then wipe off.  It’s recommended to use before lipstick for a smoother look. My lips feel smooth, hydrated, and soft after using it. This product doesn’t contain Parabens or Phthalates.
