Healthy eating is important to me, especially now during the pandemic. This healthy pizza recipe includes some immune-boosting foods like garlic, onions, and mushrooms. Not only is it tasty, but so quick and easy to prepare.
I love pizza but didn’t indulge often because of the high fat and calories. Then I discovered a healthy pizza crust to use. The Angelic Bakehouse Flatbread Pizza Crust is made with 7 sprouted whole grains.

I made individual pizzas, but the crust is also available in a larger size.
- Angelic Bakehouse Flatzza Buddy Flatbread Pizza Crust
- Rao Homemade All Natural Pizza Sauce
- Red Onion
- Green Pepper
- Garlic Cloves
- Organic Mozzarella Part-Skim Shredded Cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Depending on the number of pizzas you want, chop the desired amount of red onion, mushrooms, garlic, and green peppers on a cutting board.
Place Flatzza pizza crusts on a sheet pan.
Add the pizza sauce, then top with chopped garlic, mushrooms, red onion, green pepper, and shredded cheese.
Bake approximately 15-minutes until the veggies are slightly tender, cheese is melted and the crust is the way you like it, crispy or soft. Remove from oven and enjoy.
